Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
We assess a building’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle, from material sourcing and construction through to its use, renovation, and end of life. Using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), we identify opportunities to optimize resources, reduce impacts, and improve the project’s overall sustainability.
Embedded Carbon
We analyze the carbon emissions associated with materials, construction processes, and the supply chain to quantify the project’s embodied carbon. Based on this assessment, we propose strategies to reduce the carbon footprint from the initial design phases and promote more efficient, low-emission construction.
Operational Carbon Footprint
We help companies measure, manage, and reduce their operational carbon footprint using methodologies aligned with the GHG Protocols and ISO 14064. We calculate greenhouse gas emissions, identify opportunities for improvement, and define reduction strategies that enable companies to comply with international standards, strengthen their environmental commitment, and make progress toward decarbonization goals in a rigorous and verifiable manner.
NZEB (Net-Zero Energy) Buildings
