Certifications
LEED
It certifies a building’s sustainability under the LEED standard, one of the most widely recognized standards worldwide, enabling the evaluation and comparison of its environmental performance in new construction, renovation, and existing buildings, as well as interiors and urban developments.
BREEAM
A leading sustainability certification in Europe, it is fully adapted to the language, regulations, and construction practices of Spain. It offers the following schemes: BREEAM COMMERCIAL, BREEAM IN USE, BREEAM INTERNATIONAL, BREEAM NC, BREEAM URBAN PLANNING, and BREEAM RESIDENTIAL.
WELL
It takes a holistic approach to physical factors in the work environment and company policies to ensure the well-being and health of users.
DGNB
This German certification is based on a holistic concept of sustainability, giving equal consideration to the environment, people, and economic viability.
VERDE
This tool implements sustainable and 100% up-to-date solutions developed by the Green Building Council Spain (GBCe). It is aligned with the SDGs and European strategies, and its criteria incorporate the Level(s) methodology and the requirements of the European Taxonomy.
ENVISION
The Envision certification evaluates the sustainability of infrastructure projects in the areas of transportation, energy, waste management, and water supply and treatment, taking into account their environmental, social, and economic dimensions.
FITWELL
It is a certification for real estate assets that focuses on people, health in buildings, and the asset’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance.
TRUE
Analyze waste management to optimize it, minimize the amount of waste sent to landfills, and maximize waste recovery
